Welcoming a new puppy is a joyful experience. A little preparation goes a long way — here's everything we recommend before and after collection day.

Start with the food we use — Time Puppy and Sapling — we'll provide enough to transition. A medium crate for crate training, soft toys and blankets, and dog bowls or a slow feeder. Wait until 11–12 weeks for collars and leads, once the 7-in-1 booster is done. Your vet can then provide a Bravecto tablet to prevent mites.

Puppies thrive on regular care and proper nutrition. We feed three times daily using the guideline of 8% of body weight per day. Worming starts every two weeks from birth; your pup will be due again at 12 weeks, then follow your vet's schedule. Bravecto every 3–6 months keeps things solid.

At 8–10 weeks joints are still developing — bones aren't fully formed and are mostly muscle, ligaments, and tendons. Avoid jumping off furniture, over-exertion on walks, and slippery floors. Gentle play and supervised movement help joints develop properly and prevent long-term injuries.

Get in touch“Highly recommend Hazmieh Kennels to anyone looking to get a SBT. Steve is a pleasure to deal with and always keeps you updated with your pup. When collecting my pup I was shown around the kennels — it is a great set up full of happy dogs. A lot of hard work put into his dogs and it shows.”
